Optional services are subject to availability and may require an additional charge.

3. Bookings

Customers may book online, by phone, by email, or in person. A booking is confirmed only when Alpha Park issues a booking confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate booking details, including name, contact information, vehicle registration, vehicle category, arrival date and time, return date and time, and flight details where required.

Alpha Park is not responsible for delays, missed transfers, or booking issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

The final price depends on the parking duration, vehicle category, optional services, and any current offers or discounts.

Payment may be required online, on arrival, or before vehicle collection, depending on the booking method. Alpha Park reserves the right to refuse service or release of the vehicle until all outstanding charges are paid.

5. Arrival and Vehicle Drop-Off

Customers must arrive at the agreed time or inform Alpha Park as soon as possible if they are delayed.

On arrival, the customer must follow the instructions provided by Alpha Park staff. The customer is responsible for removing valuable items, personal belongings, travel documents, money, electronics, and fragile items from the vehicle before handover.

Alpha Park may record the vehicle condition on arrival, including photos or notes, for security and dispute prevention purposes.

6. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility

The customer confirms that the vehicle is roadworthy, legally insured, taxed where required, and safe to move.

The customer must inform Alpha Park of any existing damage, mechanical issue, alarm issue, battery issue, or special handling requirement before leaving the vehicle.

Alpha Park is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, battery failure, tyre issues, alarm faults, or issues caused by the condition of the vehicle, unless directly caused by Alpha Park’s proven negligence.

7. Parking and Security

Alpha Park takes reasonable care to provide a safe and secure parking environment. However, parking is provided at the customer’s own risk, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under Greek law.

Alpha Park is not liable for theft, loss, or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, third-party actions, civil disturbance, fire, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by Greek law.

8. Keys and Vehicle Movement

If the customer leaves vehicle keys with Alpha Park, the customer authorises Alpha Park staff to move the vehicle within the parking area or to another secure operating area when reasonably necessary for parking management, safety, transfers, or operational reasons.

Alpha Park will only move vehicles for legitimate business purposes and with reasonable care.

9. Transfers to and from the Airport

Transfer services are provided according to availability, traffic, weather, flight delays, and operational conditions.

Alpha Park will make reasonable efforts to transfer customers promptly, but it is the customer’s responsibility to allow enough time before their flight.

Alpha Park is not liable for missed flights, missed check-in times, airline delays, airport delays, or losses caused by late customer arrival or circumstances outside Alpha Park’s control.

10. Delays, Extensions, and Overstay Charges

If the customer’s return is delayed, the customer must notify Alpha Park as soon as possible.

Additional parking charges may apply for any period beyond the original booking. These charges will be calculated according to Alpha Park’s current price list or agreed rate

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting Alpha Park using the contact details provided.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked arrival time may receive a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may be non-refundable.
  • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies under Greek or EU consumer law, Alpha Park will respect that right. Where the service has already started with the customer’s request or consent, or where the service is legally exempt from withdrawal rights, the customer may not be entitled to a full refund.

12. Optional Services

Optional services such as car wash, EV charging, covered parking, or other extras are provided only where available.

Alpha Park is not responsible if an optional service cannot be provided due to technical issues, availability, weather, power supply, or other operational reasons. If the customer paid separately for an optional service that cannot be provided, Alpha Park will refund that optional service fee.

13. Prohibited Items and Vehicle Contents

Customers must not leave dangerous, illegal, flammable, explosive, perishable, valuable, or fragile items inside the vehicle.

Alpha Park is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle unless loss or damage is directly caused by Alpha Park’s proven negligence.

14. Customer Behaviour

Customers must follow staff instructions and behave respectfully toward Alpha Park staff, other customers, and third parties.

Alpha Park may refuse service, cancel a booking, or remove a customer from the premises where the customer behaves abusively, dangerously, unlawfully, or disruptively.

15. CCTV and Personal Data

Alpha Park may use CCTV, booking systems, payment systems, email, telephone, and other business tools to manage bookings, security, customer support, legal compliance, and service delivery.

Alpha Park is not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, missed flights, missed holidays, missed appointments, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by the customer’s delay, incorrect information, vehicle condition, third parties, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under Greek law.

18. Force Majeure

Alpha Park is not liable for delay or failure to provide services caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, accidents, road closures, airport disruption, natural disasters, power failure, system failure, government action, war, terrorism, or public health emergencies.

19. Changes to These Terms

Alpha Park may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version available at the time of booking applies to that booking, unless a change is required by law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
