Yes, we can assist travellers with special needs and help with the vehicle handover and airport transfer process. At this time, our transfer vehicle does not include a special wheelchair ramp. Please contact us before booking so we can advise you properly and prepare for your arrival.

Depending on the parking service and operational needs, you may be asked to leave your keys with Alpha Park. If you leave your keys, you authorise our staff to move your vehicle when reasonably necessary for parking management, safety, transfer, cleaning, charging, or operational reasons.

Yes, if needed for parking management, safety, or operational reasons. Vehicles are moved only for legitimate business purposes and with reasonable care.

Yes. Please remove all valuables, money, documents, electronics, fragile items, and personal belongings before leaving your vehicle. Alpha Park is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle unless loss or damage is directly caused by proven negligence.

Alpha Park may record the visible condition of the vehicle on arrival, including photos, notes, mileage, or fuel level, for safety and dispute-prevention purposes.

Please inform Alpha Park before handing over the vehicle. Alpha Park is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, battery issues, tyre issues, alarm faults, or problems caused by the condition of the vehicle, unless directly caused by Alpha Park’s proven negligence

Yes, car wash may be available as an optional service. Availability and pricing should be confirmed when booking or on arrival.

EV charging may be available as an optional service, depending on availability and vehicle compatibility. A full charge is not guaranteed unless agreed in advance.
